My client had a light, K-LED-9966D/BU, that stopped working. As I was unable to collect it myself, she went the extra mile and arranged to have it collected and booked in at the warehouse.
Throughout the entire process, she kept me updated and made sure everything was followed up properly. I really appreciate her effort, communication, and willingness to assist in getting the matter resolved.

5-Star Review for Alreze at Key Electrical – An Absolute Gem!
If I could give Alreze 100 stars, I would! My wife and I visited Key Electrical last week, and from the moment we walked in, Alreze made the entire experience unforgettable—not just because of her expertise, but because of the incredible warmth, intelligence, and genuine care she brought to every moment of our interaction. Alreze has a stunning personality—radiant, approachable, and effortlessly kind. She greeted us like old friends, listened intently to what we were trying to achieve, and never once made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. In fact, she seemed to know exactly what we were looking for before we even fully articulated it ourselves! Her intuition, paired with her deep product knowledge, was nothing short of remarkable.
Speaking of knowledge—wow! Alreze’s understanding of your product offerings is encyclopedic. She didn’t just recite specs; she explained how different options would fit our lifestyle, budget, and long-term needs. Her advice was thoughtful, practical, and tailored specifically to us. Thanks to her guidance, we walked away with the perfect solution—not just what we thought we wanted, but what we truly needed. What truly sets Alreze apart is her authentic desire to help. She went above and beyond, patiently answering every question (and we had plenty!). She made what could have been a stressful shopping trip feel like a relaxed, enjoyable conversation with someone who genuinely cared about our satisfaction.
Thanks to Alreze, we didn’t just buy a product—we gained confidence in our decision and a newfound appreciation for what exceptional customer service looks like. We will never go to anyone else at Key Electrical again. If you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Alreze, consider yourself in the best possible hands. She’s not just an employee—she’s a superstar!
Thank you, Alreze—you made our day, our decision, and our experience absolutely perfect!

My wife, Maya, and I, Simov, from African Merino Trading visited K.Light in Midrand at 15.30 on Friday, 22nd Nov.
Ms Cynthia Dibetsoe was the person assisting us.
Ms Cynthia proved to be an outstanding professional with exceptional work ethics and personality!
Despite the insufficient time left to the end of the working hours we walked away with a chosen chandelier (Balerina), with arranged outlet to purchase it from in Pretoria and a confirmed (and reserved) unit at K.Light store.
What more could one wish for?
Yes, I forgot to mention the great vibe and energy which was gifted to us at departure!
Well done and keep it up, Ms.Cynthia!
Please visit us in Pretoria, we want to show you the chandelier in action.
